STIG, as CTO and project director, managed diverse real estate projects, from logistics to healthcare, spanning 6,000 to 70,000 square meters. Contributions included feasibility studies, budgeting, directing design teams, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

In the role of project director, STIG assumed responsibility for overseeing the development of a substantial portfolio of real estate projects, with a diverse range encompassing logistics, hospitality, and healthcare. Nevertheless, our primary focus was on logistics-related real estate.

These real estate projects exhibited considerable variability in terms of size, spanning from approximately 6,000 square meters to more extensive undertakings covering an expansive 70,000 square meters. STIG’s comprehensive services encompassed a wide array of critical responsibilities, including conducting rigorous feasibility studies to assess project viability, meticulous budgeting to ensure financial feasibility, and the negotiation and execution of contracts with design teams and contractors.

Furthermore, STIG facilitated intricate coordination with end users, ensuring alignment of project objectives with their specific needs and requirements. Simultaneously, we fostered seamless communication and collaboration with the competent authority to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
