STIG embarked on an ambitious journey to craft a comprehensive development vision and a strategic marketing strategy for a substantial area spanning 4,500 hectares. This extensive tract of land represented a remarkable business opportunity, as it was designated as a special economic zone within the proximity of the illustrious Port of Sohar.

The vision for this venture was characterized by its ambition, aimed at not only attracting but also facilitating the establishment of diverse companies keen on harnessing the unique incentives offered by Freezone Sohar. These incentives encompassed a spectrum of benefits, ranging from global connectivity and streamlined access to world markets to a suite of attractive incentives designed to entice potential investors.

Delving into the specifics, our focus was on a designated area spanning 500 hectares (equivalent to 1.93 square miles or 1,235.5 acres). Within this expansive domain, the envisaged development included the provision of state-of-the-art warehouses and a wide array of logistics services. Furthermore, the area was earmarked for accommodating several downstream industrial enterprises, further augmenting the economic potential and significance of Freezone Sohar.
